This book tells the story of two undisturbed birth experiences of the authors. Reni’s story unfolds through words, while Boró’s experiences come to life visually through the book’s illustrations.
We had the opportunity to merge these two narratives into a book where the layout, illustrations, and fold-out pages guide the reader into an ever-deepening and more intangible state of consciousness.
CHALLENGE
Our goal was to design a concept that gently guides and, at times, merges the two birth stories through subtle graphic tools. The visuals enhance the experience's emotions while respecting the creators' original intent without overpowering it.
